    • HVAC Refrigeration Technician Pay (Full-Time / Hourly) :

    Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

    HVAC Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities :

  • Works on refrigeration systems, reach-ins, walk-ins, rack systems, ice machines, A / C units, furnaces, make-up air units, boilers, chillers, and more.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC equipment.
  • Collaborate with managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
  • Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission
  • Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

    • HVAC Refrigeration Technician Qualifications :

  • 3 + years proven experience with HVAC Commercial Service, with specific expertise in refrigeration
  • EPA and RMGA certification preferred
  • Must be professional
  • Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies.
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug test. For the safety and respect of our customers, GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment-no smoking or vaping .
