As a Senior Healthcare Solutions Architect at RapidScale, you will be a key advisor to our most significant clients in the healthcare sector. Your mission is to shape and implement innovative cloud, infrastructure, and security solutions that tackle the unique regulatory, operational, and technological hurdles faced by large healthcare organizations.

This role is central to our solutions engineering team, primarily concentrating on strategic healthcare opportunities. You will leverage deep industry knowledge, familiarity with healthcare IT systems (including EHR, HIE, Telehealth, Imaging, and practice management), and an understanding of compliance and interoperability challenges facing the healthcare sector. You will bridge the gap between business, clinical, and IT priorities to align RapidScale's capabilities with our customers' business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead tailored discovery engagements with healthcare organizations focusing on mission-critical applications, business and clinical workflows, IT infrastructure, cloud strategies, regulatory pressures (such as HIPAA and HITECH), data governance, and interoperability requirements.
• Translate healthcare-focused challenges into actionable, outcome-driven technical strategies.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with both business and IT leadership to surface high-impact initiatives.
• Influence C-level stakeholders by linking IT transformation to improvements in patient care outcomes and financial imperatives.
• Architect secure, scalable hybrid and multi-cloud environments aligned with application availability, performance needs, and regulatory standards.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $138,800.00 - $208,200.00, with an additional annual incentive / commission target of $62,000.00. The final salary may vary within this range based on the candidate's experience and the location of the position.

The Company offers eligible employees flexible vacation time, seven paid holidays throughout the year, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time annually for personal or family wellness. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteering, military service, or parental leave.
