Job Responsibilities

Organize and implement administrative systems, procedures, and workflows

Serve as the primary source of information for the department or program

Prepare and maintain records related to finance, personnel, students, and operations

Coordinate meetings, events, and use of facilities

Draft, proofread, and edit reports, correspondence, and materials

Job Skills / Requirements

Ability to work independently and manage confidential information

Intermediate to advanced skills in email, calendar, word processing, and spreadsheets

Competent in various office computer software tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Prior office or administrative experience required

Additional Information

Hybrid schedule : 23 days onsite

36 month contract with possibility of extension
