Exciting Opportunity : Drive the Growth of Brand and Ad tracking in North America. We are looking for a dynamic leader to support the growth of our Brand / Communication tracking business across North America, develop strategic opportunities, and deliver consumer insights that drive marketing effectiveness and strengthen brand equity.
Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you will drive client adoption of NielsenIQ’s Brand and Communications tracking solutions. You will work with commercial teams to identify opportunities, shape proposals, support pitches, and guide clients to the right solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-value client opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, and positioning NielsenIQ as a trusted partner in brand measurement.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth
Identify and activate opportunities to grow Brand and Communications Tracking adoption; support sales with strategic input and expertise. Develop and execute activation plans to engage clients approaching the end of current brand tracking contracts, influencing during RFP and renewal processes.
Strengthen Client Relationships
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how Brand and Communication Tracking capabilities address their business challenges and deliver measurable impact. Prepare high-quality responses to RFIs and RFPs; craft pitches that differentiate NielsenIQ and meet client goals.
Amplify Product Value
Champion Brand Tracking solutions across internal teams and with clients. Enable stakeholders to position and promote offerings, showcase impact through success stories, thought leadership, and external articles. Stay informed on evolving product capabilities and market challenges.
Enable Team Collaboration
Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster alignment, build capability, and support success. Lead bootcamps, workshops, and training sessions to build capability and drive performance.

A Little Bit About You
Passion for Brand, Advertising, Packaging and Design; experience and interest in automotive and FMCG categories. We seek a savvy salesperson with urgency and accountability to meet financial targets. Ability to tell a story that resonates at all levels, work effectively in a remote, dynamic environment, and manage complex client relationships and issue resolution.
Qualifications
The ideal Practice Area Expert is commercially driven with a track record of winning and growing large-scale brand tracking programs. They thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and have deep expertise in consultative selling, solution positioning, and navigating complex sales cycles. They balance immediate needs with long-term growth, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
10+ years of consultative work or sales success in securing large brand tracking programs, with experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFPs. Automotive experience is a plus.
Experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research focused on brand tracking.
Deep knowledge of brand and media evaluation; ability to apply insights to client challenges.
Strong business development skills; ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Thought leadership with a clear point of view on brand growth and advertising strategy; presenting at events or webinars is a plus.
Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands-on proposal development is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with NielsenIQ or equivalent data sets is an advantage.
Ability to travel to meet clients.
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $117,250–$140,000. Actual salaries vary by experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
