Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
1. Representing clients in all phases of construction defect litigation.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and participating in arbitration or trial proceedings.
3. Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities in construction defect cases.
4. Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to construction defect cases.
5. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.
Job Details
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with specific experience in Construction Defect law.
3. Admission to the Maryland State Bar (DC / VA admission are a plus)
4. Strong litigation experience, including trial, deposition, and arbitration experience.
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
