Overview
On the product team, user-centered design is at the forefront of how we create intuitive and innovative products that our users love and depend on each day. We strive to design impactful solutions that are grounded in research, on-brand and repeatedly tested. We simultaneously blend the solving of our users’ needs with hitting our larger company goals. The Senior UX Designer, Mobile, will be crucial to the growth and evolution of our client-facing app. You will work closely with fellow UX designers, PMs, engineers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. The role requires an ability to generate ideas, create designs and research-based artifacts. You will be counted on to contribute to find moments to harmonize and improve design systems. In this position, you will present and defend solutions, using research, data and intuition. Your communication skills are as refined as your design skills. You know how to blend your place on a team, with autonomous ownership. You are ready to take the next big step in your UX career.
