Position Summary

We are seeking a Cost Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a passion for cost accounting, financial systems, and data integrity, especially someone excited about making a direct impact on profitability and operational efficiency.

You'll play a critical role in implementing our new ERP system (Microsoft Business Central), managing master data, enhancing inventory accuracy, and delivering insights that drive smarter financial decisions. If you enjoy digging into data, streamlining systems, and working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

Location : North Aurora, IL (On-site) Department : Finance & Accounting Reports to : Controller Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM Salary : $95k- $100k annually

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Data Management

• Lead cost accounting responsibilities during the implementation of Microsoft Business Central ERP.
• Build and maintain accurate master data including product records, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and cost structures.
• Migrate cost and inventory data from the legacy AS400 system to the new ERP platform.
