Actalent is hiring : Architectural Designer in San Francisco

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding projects through all phases of architecture using Revit and SketchUp, with a focus on water and wastewater facilities, civic buildings, commercial developments, and public works. Start date for this role will be beginning / mid November.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and development of architectural solutions across various project types.

Apply standard design techniques to complete related tasks efficiently and accurately.

Assist in producing construction documents and drawings using Revit and SketchUp.

Collaborate with A / E consultants to meet specific project requirements.

Participate in programming, planning, and design development phases.

Contribute to technical documentation for permitting and construction administration.

Engage in post-occupancy evaluations when applicable.

Share technical expertise and provide guidance to team members.

Attend industry events and professional development meetings.

Deliver high-quality work that fosters client trust and repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects through all architectural phases using Revit.

Proven experience in water / wastewater, public infrastructure, commercial mixed-use, and civic projects.

Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.

Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and presentation of design concepts.

Solid understanding of the architectural process from concept to completion.

Hybrid schedule : Work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays, remotely Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67 / hr.
