• About the Role We’re seeking a Concrete Batch Plant Dispatcher / Manager to lead and coordinate batching operations across multiple job sites.
• This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and leadership.
• You’ll manage production schedules, oversee operators and drivers, and ensure our concrete meets specifications and gets delivered on time, every time .

What You’ll Do ✅ Coordinate daily concrete production and dispatch schedules across multiple job sites ✅ Manage and lead batch plant operators, drivers, and support staff ✅ Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to mix designs ✅ Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of batching plants ✅ Communicate with site superintendents, foremen, and project managers to align production with schedules ✅ Track and manage material inventory and logistics across multiple plants ✅ Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs ✅ Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental compliance ✅ Maintain accurate production, delivery, and maintenance records What We’re Looking For 🔹 Experience :
