Senior Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Remote, NY)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client, a renowned personal injury law firm known for relentless advocacy, is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney barred in New York (Texas license a strong plus) . This is an outstanding opportunity for a courtroom-proven litigator with a passion for justice and a drive to excel in high-stakes personal injury litigation.

Location : New York

Work Arrangement : Remote (must be available to attend court hearings in New York as required)

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and attorneys.

Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials as lead counsel.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.

Develop case strategies and oversee matters from intake through resolution.

Manage a heavy litigation docket specializing in complex personal injury cases.

Qualifications :

Proven success in complex personal injury litigation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

4+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.

Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.

Licensed and in good standing with the New York Bar (Texas license a strong plus)

Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) earned from an accredited law school.

Preferred :

First-chair jury trial experience.

Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience.

Bared in NY, TX bar admission is a plus

Federal court licensures and / or appellate experience.
