Job Purpose

The Systems Analyst will play a critical role in defining, documenting, and maintaining the foundational systems that support enterprise applications and services. This position requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, and product managers to ensure that platform capabilities, APIs, and system integrations are well-structured, consistent, and aligned with business and technical objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate platform strategy into actionable system requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation for interfaces, APIs, routing, and overall system architecture.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for platform operations, ensuring alignment between micro frontends, services, and core systems.
• Support QA and UAT teams by providing well-defined requirements, acceptance criteria, and system traceability.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and design discussions to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
• Develop and maintain visual documentation such as sequence diagrams, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams.
• Ensure system components, integrations, and dependencies are fully documented and maintained for long-term platform stability.
