We're currently seeking full- and part-time BCBA Supervisors to join our growing team

across multiple regions in North Carolina. Services are provided in the home, clinic, and school

settings (When applicable), so a little travel adds variety to your work week.

What You'll Do

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized, data-driven ABA programming
• Oversee treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance mandates
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with ethical, effective feedback
• Facilitate parent training to strengthen family success
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and support 10-15 clients
• Collaborate with fellow supervisors to maintain high-quality services
• Manage your caseload schedule (we handle the RBT scheduling for you!)
