Driven Auto is hiring a full-time Lead Detailer to join our growing team. This isn’t an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who knows how to take charge, stay organized, and consistently deliver high-quality work without needing constant direction.

About the Role :

As our lead detailer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flow of detailing jobs, ensuring vehicles are completed on time and up to standard. You’ll work hands-on, but also give direction and keep the team focused and efficient. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates clearly, and doesn’t let things slip through the cracks.

We are detailing multiple vehicles every day, this is a fast paced job.

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong experience in automotive detailing (paint correction, ceramic coating, interior, etc.)
• Ability to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and high personal standards for quality
• Self-motivated and dependable — you show up and get it done
• Comfortable communicating with customers and the internal team

Requirements :

Compensation :

Starting at $18–$22 per hour depending on experience and ability. We’re willing to pay more for the right person who can take ownership of the role and help grow the department.
