Entry Level IT Help Desk Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Analyst for a 5 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote. Shifts : Monday-Friday : 8 : 30am-5 pm CST Monday-Friday : 9am-5 : 30 pm CST Position Overview : Daily Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods.
• Assist Incident Management and EOC with notification and resolution during system / application outages
• Resolve work orders following documented steps and training
• Other duties as assigned Interaction level with Management / Team Members :
• Reports to a Supervisor or Manager in the Information Technology department / works closely with team to solve problems in a timely manner Skills Overview : Qualifications / years of experience :
• HS diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of service desk experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must Haves : 1. IT Customer Service experience 2. Ticket Tracking system experience 3. Strong written & verbal communications skills Technology Requirements :
• Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures Success / Performance Metrics : Soft Skills Needed :
