Clinic Manager (Walnut Creek, CA / Brentwood, CA) (Walnut Creek)

We are looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to oversee our Walnut Creek and Brentwood offices, travel required between locations.Step into a leadership role where youll work closely with physicians, lead a collaborative team, and have the freedom to drive process improvements that truly make an impact. Job Duties Include :

• Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow and resource allocation
• Providing management oversight and delegating responsibility to appropriate clinic leads and clinic staff
• Coordinating development for new hire training with Clinic Quality Specialists
• Conducting regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed
• Monitoring performance of department staff including evaluation and development of key performance indicators
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care
• Collaborating with providers to implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Managing clinic supplies and provider prescription pads
• Department projects as assigned by clinic leadership
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of practice management, EHR and other computer software as it relates to job function
• Responsible for staff time and attendance data in practice HRIS system
• Filling in for clinic staff and support Physician schedules fulfilling all Medical Assistant / Unit Secretary Duties as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
