If you are customer service-focuses, like variety and are detail-oriented, this may be the opportunity for you! The person in this position will support the Re-Employment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) and the Foreign Labor Certification (FLC) programs by :

• Providing the first point of contact for those interested in learning more about the programs. (Provide information, answer questions, and make referrals to other staff or programs through phone and email.)
• Assisting customers and staff with scheduling / rescheduling.
• Researching, verifying, and data entering into data management and reporting systems.
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Writing professional correspondence.
• Taking accurate and complete minutes of meetings.
• Presenting information to individuals / groups.
• Preparing reports.

Minimum Qualifications :

Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a solid knowledge of the principles and practices of quality customer service to perform complex work in assisting the public with applications, fees, examinations, or social services that have an eligibility or compliance component; and 2) the ability to use independent decision-making on the appropriate processes to follow, information to process, and actions to take in accordance with standard procedures.
