A well-established company is seeking a polished, outgoing, and client-focused Account Manager to provide exceptional service and support to their growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, relationship-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage and support client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Process orders, quotes, and requests using internal CRM / ERP systems

Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure project accuracy and timeliness

Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications :

3+ years of customer service or account management experience

Experience with CRM and ERP systems required (Salesforce or similar preferred)

Professional, polished, and personable communication style

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
