Executive Officer (Portland)

Oregon Real Estate Forms, LLC (OREF) is seeking a dynamic Executive Officer to lead our statewide organization that supports thousands of real estate brokers across Oregon.

As EO, you will oversee daily operations, manage a $1.5M budget, and work closely with the Board of Managers to set and achieve strategic goals. This role combines the responsibility of running a small business with the opportunity to shape how brokers access the forms and education they need to succeed in an independent contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead staff, operations, and finances to ensure stability and growth.
• Partner with the Board of Managers to implement the annual strategic plan.
• Oversee forms development and statewide broker education programs.
• Modernize digital platforms, payment systems, and subscriber services.
• Represent OREF with industry stakeholders, including Realtor Associations and MLSs.
