The Knowledge Manager / Technical Writer is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing content that supports sales enablement tools, specifically for the Sales One platform. This includes developing accurate Q&A pairs, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring consistency in content, and analyzing metrics to drive content priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, optimize, and audit Q&A pairs to ensure accuracy for the RFP database.
- Refresh existing content regularly based on asset management cycles.
- Maintain and contribute to content systems (standards, voice, tone, messaging).
- Collaborate with other Knowledge Managers to ensure content consistency.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill knowledge needs.
- Support content quality control processes.
- Analyze metrics to guide content development priorities.
Required Skills / Experience
