Executive Chef Requirements :
- 2-3 years prior experience in an Exec Chef position or 4-5 years as a stable Sous Chef
- HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
- Reports to General Manager and Corporate Chefs
- Exceptionally service-oriented / understands hospitality time
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Used to high-volume sales
- Professional image & demeanor
