Production Associate : Lena, Illinois

Our customer in Lena, Illinois is a manufacturer committed to providing excellent service to their customers and producing quality products. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for flipping and moving processed material, cross-training in both packaging and production areas, assisting with cleaning and sanitation, operating production conveyors, following work instructions, participating in safety programs, maintaining a clean workstation, and performing other duties as required.

Responsibilities of the Production Associate :

• Flipping, turning, and moving the processed material.
• Cross training in both packaging and production areas.
• Assist with production tasks such as cleaning and sanitation of rooms, floors and equipment.
• Carry out production tasks per work instructions. e.g. Precise leveling into forms, operating production conveyor, visually inspecting production line for any problems, placing empty forms / funnels on the conveyor.
• Must work safe at all times and be an active participant in the Safety Program
• Be at your workstation at the scheduled time.
• Participate as required in operator CILT and sanitary maintenance.
• Cleaning and sanitation of equipment prior to and following production.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Production Associate : Starting at $22 / hour.

Production Associate Benefits :

Type : 3rd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday w / Some Weekends as needed from 9 : 00pm - done or 12 : 15am - done
