Project Coordinator

Description

The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is looking for a Project Coordinator for our Mechanical Construction group!

Serving as an integral part of our Construction team, this individual will work closely with Project Management to coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontracts to meet contractual obligations and project milestones.

The primary focus of this position will be logistics, getting what we need, when we need it, where we need it!

• Capable of managing a large number of diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Provides administrative support to Project Team
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
• Excellent phone and communication skills
