About the Role

Testing software that saves lives. Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. You will collaborate with developers, craft intuitive tools for health organizations, test new features, uncover bugs in our software, and contribute to making our software a joy to use.

You will apply extensive language skills to clearly and accurately prepare a wide range of technical documentation, training materials, and other written materials related to Epic's software. Your input will help shape localization efforts, quality assurance, and the use of consistent technical terminology for Epic's software in healthcare contexts. You will work with our clinical, administrative and financial products and collaborate with implementation, technical support and sales teams to produce innovative software for healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Apply language skills to prepare technical documentation, training materials, and other written materials related to Epic's software.
  • Contribute to localization efforts and establish consistent technical terminology.
  • Collaborate with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to support Dutch-speaking healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

  • Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience translating from American English into Dutch is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to ensure translations maintain appropriate feeling, tone and style.
  • Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
