About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Management Team. This senior-level position is ideal for a self-driven professional with exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex design and construction projects, acting as the Engineer of Record / Prime Consultant and leading multidisciplinary teams to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project design teams across disciplines.
• Oversee design coordination, evaluations, and quality control.
• Manage design change processes and contract administration.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs, coordination, and design reviews.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with municipalities and contractors for permitting and construction.
• Ensure alignment with contracted services and manage additional service requests.
• Mentor staff and oversee team performance.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and lead construction coordination.
• Ensure compliance with client performance criteria.
• Manage multiple large-scale, fast-paced projects simultaneously.
