A company is looking for a Tax Services Consultant (Payroll) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse client portfolio, ensuring timely compliance with tax registrations and deadlines

Engage with clients to build relationships, lead meetings, and translate complex tax issues into actionable terms

Conduct payroll tax audits, resolve tax notices, and support special projects while maintaining accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

4+ years of payroll tax compliance experience

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

Client-facing experience with HR and executive leadership

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines

Experience with payroll platforms and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
