Job Title : IT Solution Sales (New Development & Account Manager) Working Location : Mainly remote
occasionally visiting client visits Employment Type : Full-time Salary Range : DOE (70-100K per yr) + Full Benefit Visa Support : No Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Solution Sales to join our growing team.
This role combines new business development with account management responsibilities, focusing on selling IT solutions, services, and consulting offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding, consultative sales ability, and a customer-first approach. New Business Development Identify and target new business opportunities in defined verticals or territories.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored IT solutions for prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
Account Management Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Understand clients’ business needs and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring high service levels.
Coordinate with project delivery, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless service.
Track account performance and provide regular reporting on account growth and service status.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT sales or consulting, preferably in B2B environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
