Organization / Position Overview :

• As part of Global Facilities Delivery (GFD), the Project Profiler is responsible for understanding the needs and developing options for capital projects that will support manufacturing strategic agendas.
• Depending on candidate background, this position will focus on Parenteral and / or API network to develop options and build consensus between global engineering and manufacturing network leadership groups.
• In addition to known capital projects, Project Profiler provides input into various strategic assessments of different business opportunities within manufacturing networks.
• The Project Profiler participates in GFD governance processes between project launch and end of basic design to assure the optimum business solution continues to be developed and warranted changes of scope / capability are communicated / approved by stakeholders.

Collaborates with stakeholders (e.g. manufacturing strategy, supply chain, site leaders) and partners with outside firms as necessary to acquire benchmarking and industry information.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$66,000 - $171,600

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
