Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of the Issue Management playbook and ensure timely resolution of major issues
Coordinate responses to major issues within Commercial Payments and document root causes
Facilitate daily Issue Management calls and collaborate with operational teams to meet resolution goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management, operations, or call center roles
3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced functionalities
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
1+ years of experience in a payer organization, with knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
