Your Role : As a Senior Analyst, Technical Accounting , you will play a key role within Aptiv's Corporate Finance team. You'll focus on the oversight and execution of accounting and financial reporting activities across designated entitiesensuring compliance with both local statutory requirements and U.S. GAAP. This role is ideal for an experienced, proactive accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy, collaboration, and results.

You will also support tax-related processes, audits, and transfer pricing documentation, while coordinating the work of a small team of financial analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting operations and lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements for multiple legal entities
• Coordinate with auditors by gathering and providing supporting documentation during statutory audits
• Prepare calculations for income tax provisions and deferred tax assets
• Support tax audits by delivering accurate data, analyses, and explanations
• Provide information for transfer pricing documentation, including intercompany transaction details
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and alignment with Aptiv's internal policies
• Maintain oversight of local chart of accounts
• Lead and mentor a small team of financial analysts to drive operational excellence
