Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President for Advertising and eCommerce Partnerships to lead and inspire our team in driving significant revenue growth. This role will oversee our merchandising and advertising sales teams, focusing on achieving mid-eight figure sales and ambitious double-digit annual growth targets. The ideal candidate will embody a growth mindset and be actively involved in our eCommerce strategy, ad sales growth, and merchandising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing high-impact digital and newsletter advertising sales strategies.

Leading the design and development of innovative advertising products.

Utilizing data analytics to enhance campaign performance and optimize revenue generation.

Driving exceptional merchandising approaches and overseeing merchant partnerships.

Championing our storefront and commerce initiatives.

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of executive leadership experience in advertising, eCommerce, and marketplace operations, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams. We value an innovative leader with extensive contract negotiation experience and the ability to manage results-driven ad sales teams. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
