Our client is redefining the future of voice-based interactions by building highly realistic, AI-powered voice agents that enhance customer support, order intake, and lead qualification for businesses across industries. We're building state-of-the-art voice agents. At one year old, our AI is already handling millions of phone calls for iconic companies like Doordash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks for everything from sales to customer support to logistics.

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical architecture and product direction of the company. You'll work directly with state-of-the-art LLMs and voice systems to develop, evaluate, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions. You will be expected to build scalable solutions, interface with key customers, and contribute to the overall strategy as a core team member. Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experienceas a full stack engineer, ideally spiking on the backend with applied AI experience
• TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS

On-site work policy

In-person work in San Francisco 5.5 days per week - Typical hours from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays - 11-5pm on Sundays
