• Location : Newton, MA (serving Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill, Roxbury – Greater Boston area)\n
• Employment Type : Travel Nursing Assignment\n
• Start Date : November 30, 2025\n
• End Date : February 28, 2026\n
• Assignment Duration : 13 weeks\n
• Hours per Week : 40\n
• Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (8-hour day shifts)\n
• Weekend Rotation : Once every 6 weeks\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2330 - $2500\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Active Massachusetts RN license required\n
• Minimum 1 year of certified Home Care nursing experience\n
• At least 1 year of Case Management experience in a clinical or home health setting\n
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Newton and the Greater Boston area\n
• Strong skills in electronic health record (EHR) documentation and interdisciplinary communication\n
• Successful completion of all required onboarding screenings and background checks\n\nHomecare RN Responsibilities\n
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized home health care plans\n
• Provide ongoing patient education and support to patients and families in the home setting\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and community health standards\n
• Perform patient admissions, case management, and discharge planning duties\n
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation using EHR systems\n
