Capture Manager

We're looking for an experienced Capture Manager to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a game-changing organization where we put our customers and people first.

About the role :

The Capture Manager will plan and manage capture efforts to win strategic DoD and federal contracts valued between $5M and $50M, with full responsibility for contract wins and losses. You'll work closely with Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, and delivery teams to shape opportunities around Raft's core capabilities in AI / ML, data platforms, and cloud-native solutions.

What you'll do :

• Track qualified bid opportunities and recommend bid / no-bid decisions
• Collaborate with teams to shape RFPs and improve customer intimacy
• Develop comprehensive Capture plans including competitive analysis, win themes, resource requirements, timelines, risk analysis, and ROI projections
• Identify and negotiate with teaming partners
• Supervise Proposal Managers and communicate bid strategies to teams and management
• Keep Executive management informed on key program pursuit status
• Ensure compliance with FAR and Procurement Integrity laws
• Utilize capture management tools (Technomile, Loop) to track opportunities and manage capture activities
