We are seeking a talented and passionate hair stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. At Bravo Salon, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of hair services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting salon products. You will also get 40-50% commission on all services and products you sell.

• Duties
• Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize straight razors for precision cuts and styling techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Participate in retail sales initiatives to promote salon merchandise.
• Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology license in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Strong skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on the latest trends.
