The Marketing team at Hebbia pairs a deep understanding of our customers' most critical challenges with fluency in the software that powers the world's largest financial decisions.
Growth's mission is to generate pipeline and accelerate adoption by designing, testing, and scaling repeatable go-to-market motions. The team is highly cross-functional, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Product and Engineering, Design, RevOps, and Partnerships. Growth will own the full funnel from acquisition to activation and expansionturning customer insight into programs, instrument everything, and build systems that make success repeatable.
We're seeking a marketing and sales generalist who has operated inside a hypergrowth startup, learned from exceptional growth leaders, and is ready to take ownership of growth at Hebbia.
You'll accelerate pipeline and adoption by building, testing, and scaling programs with the world's leading financial institutions. Growth will partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales to activate our most powerful use cases across paid, organic, and account-based motions. This is a hands-on role : you'll architect Hebbia's growth strategy while running the plays yourself, laying the foundation for a growth engine that can scale for years.

Compensation
The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $220,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
