A company is looking for an FCM (Futures Commission Merchant) Risk Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor client positions on derivatives and review margin requirements
Assess concentration, liquidity, and credit risks across the client base and escalate breaches of limits
Run scenario analyses to evaluate client and firm resilience and recommend enhancements to risk models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
5-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably within an FCM or derivatives brokerage
Strong knowledge of futures, options, and margin methodologies
Familiarity with CFTC / NFA regulations and industry best practices
Proficiency with risk systems, and preferably Python / SQL for risk analysis
