Responsibilities by Area
People Strategy & Workforce Planning : Partner with Operations and Property Leaders to design people strategies that support smooth, guest-ready operations; forecast workforce needs and staffing plans aligned with seasonal demand and growth; shape org structures and succession plans for long-term stability.Culture & Team Experience : Foster a culture where every team member feels seen, valued, and motivated to deliver excellence; design programs that enhance belonging, engagement, and retention from front-line to leadership.Talent Development & Performance : Build learning journeys for talent from the front desk to the C-suite; redefine performance reviews as coaching moments to strengthen capability and consistency across properties.Recruitment & Onboarding : Reimagine how we attract and onboard hospitality talent; partner with property teams to fill key roles quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.Total Rewards & HR Operations : Oversee compensation, benefits, and scheduling systems; build recognition programs that celebrate the daily magic our teams create for guests.Compliance & Infrastructure : Ensure labor law compliance and uphold best practices across multi-property operations; develop policies that empower managers and streamline workflows while upholding company values.What You'll Bring
8+ years in HR or People Operations, ideally within hospitality or service-driven industries.Proven experience supporting multi-site teams and front-line operations.Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and hospitality workforce practices.Strong capability in HR systems, workforce planning, and analytics.Bonus : Experience in high-touch or luxury hospitality environments.The Perks
