Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the field management of wireless telecom foremen, technicians, and tower hands across multiple clients, providing turn-key network build services to customers. Candidates for this position will be able to work from a remote home base with travel required to some sites as needed.

What Will You Do

• Incumbent should be familiar with telecommunication providers and their requirements
• Manage assigned field resources and projects to completion, ensuring that all field activities are coordinated and completed on time and within budget
• Develop accurate project plan and budget for all assigned projects, modify as needed and ensure that accurate, complete documentation is delivered
• Participate in internal deployment meetings with managers and team members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.
• Customer facing role where he / she will provide customer(s) with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained in order to deliver close-out documents to the customer in a timely manner in accordance with corporate and customer standards.
• Create, assemble and verify documentation for billing on Sage. Understand project scope and customer service level agreements and manage to them. Document work outside of the project scope and assist Program Manager in creating change orders.
• Ability to work with a variety of personnel.
• Other duties as assigned

Requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand, bend, walk, communicate via telephone, computer and / or face-to-face contact, vision to monitor, and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machines regularly during the course of work. May be required to operate a vehicle for the company's business. Work is performed in and out of an office environment.
