We’re partnering with a leader in environmental monitoring and compliance solutions to hire a Territory Sales Manager for the Southern New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania territory. This is a high-impact opportunity with a respected and well-established company trusted by the medical industry!
You will inherit a strong existing client base and have the support needed to continue growing the territory. The right candidate will bring a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to managing client relationships and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow an assigned territory with an existing book of business
- Identify and close new business opportunities within hospitals, labs, and research facilities
- Build long-term client relationships through consultative selling and excellent service
- Deliver product presentations, quotes, and support throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline activity
Qualifications :
2+ years of B2B sales experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage existing accountsProven ability to manage a multi-state territoryExperience selling into healthcare, lab, or institutional markets is a plusBachelor's degree preferredCompensation & Benefits :
Base salary of $75,000Uncapped commission with first-year OTE up to $130,000Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and moreTravel within territory required (~30-40%)
