As a Security Professional - Commercial Front Desk in Katonah, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents through your visibility and attentiveness. You will utilize computer or tablet systems to manage visitor logs and communicate with building management as needed. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and clear communication, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to putting people first and acting with integrity. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
