Clarks offers a monthly bonus program. Employees are able to earn $600 each month, if the store meets the month\'s Sales Plan, or more for exceeding the plan.

Our ranges reflect our good faith effort to pay fairly, commensurate with an ideal candidate's experience and qualifications, or as required by any state and local wage laws. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Actual pay position within this range will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, performance, Clarks' business needs, and internal equity.

The pay range for this role may be modified by Clarks at any time in the future.
