Job Description
In your position, you will be responsible for :
Meeting the monthly sales quota for new and existing key accountsManaging day-to-day sales activities, from new lead generation through presentations and demonstrations, proposal creation, and sale consummationWorking in tandem with the WUWTA marketing team to maximize the impact of their lead generation efforts with effective lead follow up and the thoughtful feedback that improves messagingWorking to ensure seamless post-sale handoff between WUWTA departmentsFollowing up with existing customers to confirm satisfaction and identify upsell opportunitiesBuilding the kind of successful, trusted partnerships that ensure meeting client retention targetsWorking with senior leadership in organizational planning and financial forecasting based on sales pipeline dataAssisting in recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing sales and business development team associatesCultivating and maintaining a results-driven sales culture dedicated to meeting and exceeding growth goalsEstablishing relationships with industry leaders that lead to sales opportunities and new businessThe ideal candidate will have ALL of the following :
3–5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading the strategy and execution of sales initiatives and business development goalsProven, in-depth expertise in growing sales pipelines with innovation and ingenuity and achieving sales success with demonstrated persistenceAn outstanding track record exceeding revenue and growth goalsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsThe flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and changeA strong sense of urgency about achieving goals in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer :

Please note : This position will be based in our San Francisco headquarters. We are, however, currently working remotely, and the possibility exists to continue to work remotely from the larger San Francisco Bay Area.
