Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Cleveland-based K-12 educational institution is seeking dedicated professionals to support students' diverse learning needs for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position requires individuals with a strong background in special education and a mitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in intervention settings.
  • Strong munication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective teaching strategies.

  • Cleveland, OH

    • Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Provide direct instruction to students with varying abilities in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure effective learning outes.
  • municate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student development and needs.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and required training sessions.
