As we continue to grow, we are adding an Accounts Receivable Clerk  to help maintain strong financial operations and support our project-driven work environment in Industrial Construction.

What You'll Do

Process customer invoices accurately and on schedule

Post payments and reconcile customer accounts

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

Communicate with project managers and customers regarding billing issues

Maintain organized records in accounting systems

Support month-end and year-end closing tasks

What We're Looking For

2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Clear and professional communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
