Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead operations at our high-performing General Motors dealership. This is a key leadership opportunity with a respected name in the industry and a growing metro market.
🔧 Responsibilities :
- Oversee all dealership departments : Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts
- Set and achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining high CSI scores
- Hire, train, and mentor management and staff across departments
- Manage dealership financials, forecasting, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and regulatory requirements
- Promote manaufacturer core values
✅ Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as a General Manager at a franchised dealership in a metro marketManufacturer experience strongly preferredProven leadership and staff development skillsStrong understanding of dealership operations, financials, and fixed / variable opsExperience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS platformsExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making skillsHands on manager who can deliver results and make things happen💼 What We Offer :
