This is a high-impact role focused on selling large-scale commercial Fire Alarm projects ($500K+) to general contractors, electrical contractors, and end clients.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the full sales cycle for complex Fire Life Safety construction projects
• Develop and execute territory plans targeting general / electrical contractors and strategic accounts
• Schedule meetings, qualify opportunities, and build strong rapport with decision-makers
• Lead the creation of financial justifications, proposals, and client presentations
• Collaborate with technical and estimating teams to scope and detail system solutions
• Provide ongoing account management and maintain regular client contact for retention and upselling
• Track pipeline activity and deliver performance metrics weekly and monthly
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows, demos, and customer events
