Analyze agent performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing support and guidance
Utilize data analytics tools to assess performance trends and make data-driven decisions
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in real estate, sales, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
A strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results
Ability to work from 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm PST
