Med / Surg / ER—Night Shift—Looking for a 14 week contract for an RN for night shift. Will be a 6 on 8 off schedule!!! Ideally, Oct 1- Jan 3. Any color / pattern scrubs is acceptable. We use Cerner community works for our charting system. Our average census is 3-4 patients. The candidate would need to be able to be the charge nurse, and have solid ER and med surg experience, as our nurses work both throughout their shift. The shift runs 5 : 30pm-6am. There is also some opportunity for overtime on the 7th day, if they would like that opportunity. The schedule I would need worked for October is as follows : October : 1, 3, 4 5, 6, 7, 8 (if willing to do OT) 16, 17, 18 19, 20, 21 29, 30, 31 November : 1, 2, 3...and so on, 6 on 8 off.This candidate would also need to be able to perform charge nurse duties on some shifts during assignment once oriented to our facility.
