GTM Tools Enablement Manager

A company is looking for a GTM Tools & Systems Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for systems and process training across GTM platforms

Design and deliver training strategies for onboarding and system rollouts, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities

Track and analyze the impact of training and system adoption, reporting back to stakeholders for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

4-6 years of experience in sales enablement or related systems / process roles

Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, quoting tools, HighSpot, and data / reporting platforms

Proven instructional design background with experience in developing asynchronous training

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
