Legal Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish) - Colorado

Overview

Legal Assistant – Bilingual (Spanish) – Colorado at New Leaf Family. Location : On-site – Denver, Colorado. We're hiring a Legal Assistant to support our legal team with document preparation, filing motions, coordinating office operations, and conducting legal research related to Family Law matters. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather information regarding their legal issues
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and attending client meetings
• Coordinate law office activities, such as drafting subpoenas and liaising with process servers
• Manage administrative tasks, including answering phones and maintaining an organized legal filing system
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence, such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits
• Travel to courts, attorney offices, and other locations within Colorado, as needed
